Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It sets the tone for the rest of the day, and I need it to be nutritious and filling! Some like a lighter breakfast, like a smoothie or just a coffee - but I need some more! Here's 31 of my favorite healthy breakfast ideas to kickstart your day, helping you feel nourished and filled until lunch.
Some of these recipes are easy on-the-go breakfasts, some are great for clean eating and weight loss and some are great for post-workout and 'heavy lifting'! There are of course a lot of recipes with eggs, because eggs are delicious for breakfast, they are protein packed, easy to eat and super versatile!
