Creamy guacamole with a kick from cayenne, garlic and cilantro. All the goodness in this recipe taste amazing in addition to be healthy (it can be achieved).

1/2mild red chilie.g. serrano
2pincheswhole dried cayenne pepperscrushed, or 2 pinches chili flakes
1tspcuminor to taste
1/2tspsalt & pepperor to taste
Mash the avocados: After you've open the avocados, add them in a bowl and make a creamy paste with a fork. I don't want it to be overly mixed as I like small bits of avocados in my guacamole.
Mix with the other ingredients: Grate a clove garlic and mince a chili, add into the avocados. Chop the cilantro. Get the juice from the lime, but don't add more than half at first. Crush whole cayenne peppers in a mortar and add along with the other ingredients.
Taste and adjust: Mix until everything is incorporated, taste and consider if you want to add more spices and lime juice.
* Remember that if you find it a little too sour because of the lime, it is supposed to because it balances out all the food you usually eat it with.
